Billy Black HVAC was founded in 2016. Shortly after getting married in 2012, Billy & his wife moved to Midland, Texas from central Arkansas. It was a bittersweet journey, leaving behind friends, family, and the gorgeous scenery of the Natural State, but they quickly grew fond of the wonderful people and way of life in the Permian Basin. Billy Black HVAC is proud to put down roots in Midland-Odessa and serve the community through a family-owned, family-oriented local business.

In the years since, the company has been blessed with steady growth in regard to both customer-base and team members. What started as a two person start-up in the Blacks' garage is now a full-scale operation with over twenty employees and a large shop.

In 2022, a 2nd location serving the San Angelo, TX community was established and officially opened its doors on August 29th. The team is excited to expand their award-winning HVAC services to a new area and looks forward to becoming San Angelo's new preferred HVAC service provider.
